Really good hospitality and beautiful design
great hospitality dinner reservations complimentary wine luxurious atmosphere
The staff offered some of the best hospitality i have received in a long time, they were kind. They carried my luggage and made dinner reservations for me. I enjoyed a complimentary glass of wine during check in. The hotel design blends historic charm with modern elegance creating a luxurious atmosphere.

The breakfast was amazing with high quality local produce and varied options. The restaurant downstairs had a nice atmosphere and offered a menu with local specialities. The staff provided excellent recommendations for restaurants nearby.

The personnel was wonderful they were friendly, cute and very helpful . Upon arrival, i was greeted with a glass of champagne while my check in was being taken care of. The team assisted with parking navigation.

i found the location very convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the staff was always available and ready to assist with directions and recommendations. the room had a spacious and comfortable bed and it was great after a long day, the air conditioning worked well.
the room i stayed in was a bit noisy. i could hear street noise early in the morning, and it was disruptive. the spa was small, and the fitness area was unavailable. i think the breakfast selection could have had more variety.

The in-house restaurant provided a satisfying breakfast. It also served an good evening meal with excellent service. The room was clean as new and well furnished. It included lovely linens and a very comfortable bed.
I found negative aspects entirely due to my unhappiness with the room. The window to my room was adjacent to the stairs leading down to the entry courtyard. Anyone pausing at the top of the stairs could look right into our room. The only way to have privacy was to keep the drapes and windows closed. This felt awfully claustrophobic.

Average Stay with Some Issues
The hotel's location was central, proving convenient for exploring the area.
I booked a room with the expectation of quiet. My room was located next to the stairs to the entry courtyard. People frequently used the stairs and could look directly into the room if they paused at the top.. This lack of privacy and the noise from the courtyard were quite disappointing, forcing me to keep the drapes and windows closed for any peace.
